Yale University, one of the oldest institutes, is representing three major academic components i.e. Yale College for undergraduate degrees, the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences for doctoral programs and some master’s degrees, and the professional schools. Apart from undergraduate, graduate and professional programs, Yale also offer Non-Degree Programs, Summer Sessions, and World Fellows Programs.

Yale University offers various programs in the field of Humanities and Social Science, Sciences and Engineering, & Medical and Health Sciences. The various Professional Schools under Yale University are School of Architecture, School of Art, Divinity School, School of Drama, Faculty of Engineering, Law School, School of Management, School of Nursing, School of Public Health, and Institute of Sacred Music etc.

Yale College is the undergraduate school offering more than 2,000 courses in liberal arts and sciences and having sixty-five departments & programs. There are approximately 5,000 undergraduate students ate Yale whereas the graduate and professional student’s strength is about 6,000. The faculty employed at Yale is more than 3,000.
