American Sentinel University is recently formed by the merging of three well established online institutions; American College of Computer and Information Sciences, Sentinel University and American Graduate School of Management. It offers online courses in various disciplines/degree programs to provide strong grounds for all-round education. These online degree programs are specially introduced for working professional who do not have time to dedicate to orthodox, on-campus learning.

American Sentinel University provides reputed faculty, regular interaction with faculty and fellow students and curriculum helps the students to develop analytical and critical thinking and interpersonal skills needed to analyze and solve complex problems. The various programs in offer are:

Undergraduate Programs: Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/Information System/Management Information System/Computer Science.

Graduate Programs: Masters of Science in Computer Science/Information System/Nursing, Executive/Accelerated Masters of Business Administration.

Certificate Programs: CompTIA, A+, Network+, Security+, Project+, Linux, Microsoft (MCSA2003, MCSE2003, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSD), Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), PMI (PMP) etc.

All these programs aim to prepare students for a career in the information systems segments of business, industry, education and government providing students with the ability to identify opportunities through detailed industry, competitive and internal analysis to interpret the market realities of business operations. The Strategic Capstone Project offers a range of options including global business, life sciences, entrepreneurship, security management, supply chain management, digital media, finance etc.

There are three different enrollment options for students to choose from i.e. the Self-Paced Independent Study Method and the Structured Independent Study Method allow students to enroll and begin classes at any time, whereas the Cohort Group Study Method offers several start dates through out the year. Moreover, students can transfer up to 90 credits to an undergraduate program, or 12 credits to a graduate program. The Financial assistance options include student loans, military benefits, employer reimbursement and payment plans.
